Villa Casis is a privately owned luxury villa situated in the peaceful area of Sanur. Well known for its quiet, palm-lined beaches, fine restaurants and shopping, Sanur is the perfect area to experience the real Bali.

Villa Casis is designed by Balinese architect Ketut Arthana using the best materials and to the highest specification. Built on 800sqm and only a 200 metre stroll to the beach, this prestigious property offers a new level of luxury to private villas.

Villa Casis comprises of six air-conditioned bedrooms each with private bathroom en-suite. Tastefully designed and decorated, the rooms fuse modern with antique furnishings, wood parquet floors, artwork and safety deposit boxes. There are three bedrooms downstairs which feature semi open-air bathrooms with large terrazzo bathtubs. The three bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms with standing showers. The western designed kitchen is fully equipped with adjoining dining room which seats twelve people. Located upstairs is a spacious air-conditioned library with plasma television, cable television, DVD player and BOSE surround sound system with a 1200 title movie library. The library hosts the villas computer with internet an email access. Comfortable sofas make this the perfect room for relaxation.

The house is built round three sides of a grassy, flower-ringed courtyard, with the fourth side an infinity pool looking down over a cascade of lotus and water-lily ponds to the orchard. It has four very special bedroom suites and combines the luxury of air-conditioned bedrooms with the delight of open air living.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a library/games room and a table tennis room.

We have included many environmentally-friendly features, from the thick, alang-alang roofs which provide wonderful insulation, to solar powered water heating and electricity systems, and natural waste water treatment.

The garden is lavishly planted with many sweet-smelling trees and flowers. Beside the pool is a pretty balé, a traditional grass-roofed pavilion for shaded relaxation, while below it a path winds through the lotus ponds down to the orchard with its wide range of tropical fruit trees.
